Use our online ‘automated’ RA booking system to get your Microtrack battery checked and/or replaced

In order to have your battery checked and replaced outside of your warranty period our UK authorised repair centre use an online ‘automated’ RA booking system to make things as easy as possible.

All that is required is for you to register your contact details and then ‘add a return’ to the online returns database. The database should will then generate a 5 digit returns authorization number which will be linked to your contact details. Once you have this RA number you can securely package the Microtrack and return it to the repair centre address shown on the front page of the repair centre’s website. If required, this system also allows you to track the units progress again at a later date by logging in via the website.

There is a standard charge for replacing the Microtrack battery and in the UK this is £54. This includes shipping (by UPS) and VAT. Our repair centre will contact you once your unit is ready for shipping to arrange payment. The ‘turnaround time’ is usually 21 days from the arrival date of your package.

If your Microtrack unit is still under warranty then your retailer will be able to arrange the above for you.
