Q: I am trying to install drivers for my M-Audio device and and I am receiving an error message stating Abort installation, we were unable to install the M-Audio Device because your computer's operating system is not supported at this time.

A: This error message indicates that the driver you are trying to install is not compatible with the operating system and/or service pack you are running.  Download the latest drivers from www.m-audio.com/drivers.  See this guide if you are unsure of your exact operating system and service pack versions.
